- If a duplicate payment is made by the client
- If a written agreement explicitly states a refundable condition

4. Cancellation Policy
If a client chooses to cancel a project after it has begun, no refund will be issued. Any completed or in-progress work will be delivered where applicable.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at Pixelind’s sole discretion, depending on the stage of the project and the amount of work already completed.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Pixelind directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services.
7. Third-Party Costs
Any payments made to third-party platforms (such as Amazon, advertising platforms, hosting providers, or plugins) are non-refundable and outside Pixelind’s control.
8. Service Delays
Delays caused by client inaction, late responses, or incomplete information do not qualify for refunds.
