3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, materials, and information required to complete the services. Pixelind is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect submissions.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices are agreed upon before the project begins. Full or partial payment may be required in advance depending on the service. Payments are non-refundable once the work has started, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
5. Revisions Policy
Revisions are provided according to the package or service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, the client will own the final approved deliverables. Pixelind reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
7. Publishing & Distribution Disclaimer
Pixelind assists with publishing and distribution services but does not guarantee book sales, rankings, approvals, or revenue. Platform approvals (such as Amazon KDP) are subject to third-party policies.
8. Amazon Advertising & Marketing
Marketing and advertising services are provided on a best-effort basis. Pixelind does not guarantee specific results, sales volume, or return on investment.
9. Website & Technical Services
For web development services, Pixelind is not responsible for hosting issues, third-party plugins, or platform limitations unless explicitly included in the agreement.
10. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not share project details or personal information with third parties, except when required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Pixelind shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
12. Termination of Services
Pixelind reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in unlawful activity, or behaves abusively.
13. Changes to Terms
